Chelsea are looking to turn their season around after a busy January transfer window. They currently sit in ninth place having won just one of their seven outings in 2023 (D3 L3). They are unbeaten in their last three matches (W1 D2), keeping a clean sheet in all of them, though those last two have both finished 0-0. As for West Ham, they come into today sitting one place and one point above the relegation zone. They're on a good run, losing just one of their six games this year (W2 D3). Potter will be particularly pleased with how his side started the game, but they let West Ham get back into it. He'll be looking for them to start the second half with the same intensity. The Hammers responded well to going behind and created some big chances, but Moyes will still be looking for improvement after the break.
Chelsea miss the chance to move up the table and stay in ninth place. They're now unbeaten in four as they turn their attention to a trip to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. West Ham are up two places to 15th, also extending their unbeaten run to four. They travel to Tottenham next weekend.
