I. Brown enters the game and replaces P. Groß.
P. Højbjerg enters the game and replaces J. Ward-Prowse.
Brighton make their first change of the afternoon, with Pascal Gross coming off and he is replaced by Isaiah Brown.
Southampton make a double substitution here late on, with James Ward-Prowse the first to come off, who is replaced by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg.
The other Saints change sees Dušan Tadić be replaced by Shane Long. Long has failed to score in his last 26 appearances for club and country.
81'
Just 10 minutes to go and it is now Southampton who are on top, they are enjoying the majority of possession and are trying to carve out goalscoring opportunities, with Brighton starting to sit deeper and deeper.
79'
S. Duffy gets yellow.
Another booking now, this time for Shane Duffy as he catches Gabbiadini down near the byline on the left.
77'
Not long to go here and the scoreline remains level. Knockaert tries his luck from more than 30 yards out, after finding plenty of space to run into, but he gets it all wrong and his effort flies high over the crossbar.

Nathan Redmond has had a Premier League-high 24 shots without scoring this season. The winger will be hoping that he can change that here this afternoon.

Description
72'
N. Redmond enters the game and replaces S. Boufal.
Southampton make their first substitution of the game with Sofiane Boufal heading off the pitch and he is replaced by Nathan Redmond.
CHANCE BRIGHTON! Duffy with an excellent opportunity in the penalty area as the ball is squared back to him from the byline by Knockaert, the defender is completely unmarked but he gets his shot all wrong, as he powers it high and wide of the Saints goal.
70'
CHANCE SAINTS! Gabbiadini has cut an isolated figure here for Southampton, but he finally got a sniff at goal. It was quick and precise build-up play by the Saints, the striker made a good run towards the near post, Bertrand fed the striker, who then fired a first-time shot at goal which looked to be heading in, only for it to be blocked and put over the bar.
68'
Another corner for Brighton now, which Knockaert whips into the box, but Van Dijk and Boufal do well to hack it away to safety. Although it is not long before Brighton come forward once again, but it comes to nothing and Forster can take his time with a goal-kick to give his defenders some breathing space.
67'
Less than half an hour to play here at the Amex Stadium, Brighton remain the side on top and look far more dangerous going forward, can they turn all their possession and chances into a winning goal?
64'
Still no changes by either side here, but you'd think Southampton may need to make a change soon if they are to try and take all three points, after a poor second half in which the Seagulls have dominated.
62'
G. Murray gets yellow.
W. Hoedt gets yellow.
The referee shows the first yellow cards of the game after a coming together between Wesley Hoedt and Glenn Murray in the middle of the pitch.
Hoedt doesn't take too kindly to the tussle with Murray and squares up to Murray, resulting in a yellow card for both men.
61'
Forster looks to have recovered from the Brighton goal, commanding his area well when balls come into the box and claiming the ball in the air, which also relieves the pressure on his defenders.
60'
Southampton are now the side struggling to get out of their own half and win the ball back as Brighton continue to press forward. The Saints look rattled and need to calm things down, get the ball and string a couple of passes together.
58'
If Brighton can go onto to grab another goal here, victory against Saints would ensure back-to-back top-flight victories for the first time since September 1982. They are looking the better team at the moment and certainly more dangerous going forward.
56'
STAT: Pascal Gross has now been involved in seven of Brighton's 10 league goals this season, with two goals and five assists.
54'
An early goal was just what Brighton needed here, the score is level once more and now it looks like the Seagulls are full of confidence and it has certainly livened the game and the crowd up.
52'
G. Murray has scored a goal for Brighton & Hove Albion! Assist by P. Groß.
GOOOAAALLL! BRIGHTON EQUALISE! Glenn Murray powers a header past Forster at the near post to make the score level and the Amex goes wild! The cross was whipped into the box by Gross and Murray rose above Soares, it took a slight deflection off the defender, but still managed to beat Forster who got a hand to it. Perhaps the Saints keeper could’ve done better there.
Knockaert picks out Gross on the right flank and the German puts a fine, looping cross into the penalty area and it is met by the head of Murray at the back post.
49'
Next up for Brighton is a trip to Swansea next weekend, whilst the Saints will return to St Marys to face Burnley.
48'
Good early pressure here by Southampton, Ward-Prowse once again showing his quality from set pieces. The first a free-kick which was whipped into the box, but Duffy rises highest to clear the danger. However, Saints then win back-to-back corners, but Brighton do well to clear the danger eventually.
46'
The second half is underway!
45' +1
That's the half-time whistle!
45'
There will be a minimum of one minute added time played here.
42'
CHANCES! Two good opportunites for Brighton in quick succession as Knockaert comes fizzing in at the back post to meet an Izquierdo cross from the left, but he cannot direct it on target as it flashes across the face of the Saints goal. The ball is kept alive by the Seagulls, this time Knockaert is the provider, whipping an excellent ball into the box looking for Shane Duffy, but he can't keep his effort down and it flies narrowly over the crossbar.
40'
Brighton have finally picked up the pace to try and catch Southampton off-guard. They are getting much more bodies and crosses into the box which they have been lacking and the Saints are starting to look rattled.
38'
Brighton are trying to push for an equalising goal before the break, they have increased the pace of the game but they need to do more and create more opportunites if they are going to get on the scoresheet.
35'
CHANCE SAINTS! Dusan Tadic with a good opportunity for Southampton to double their lead. The winger was given far too much time and space in the box as he received a short pass from Boufal. Tadic then turned and fired a low shot at goal which looked to be heading into the bottom corner, but it was blocked and goes narrowly wide. The resulting corner comes to nothing.
33'
Cedric Soares is a constant threat down the right flank for Southampton, the right-back puts plenty of crosses into the box and his latest effort is blocked and hands Saints a corner. However, they fail to take advantage, taking the set piece short and they don't move the ball quick enough so Brighton easily clear the danger.
31'
Southampton will be more than happy with their first-half performance here, they have looked more dangerous going forward and comfortable at the back, keeping the hosts at bay.
29'
The Brighton skipper Bruno, is making his 200th appearance for the Seagulls for today. The 37-year-old is still a reliable figure at right-back for the South Coast side.
27'
Decent chance for Brighton! It's a lovely move from Knockaert down the right wing, as he slides the ball to Gross who made a superb overlapping run. Gross then whips a good ball into the box, searching for Glenn Murray, but it is slightly overhit and goes out of play.
25'
We're half-way through the first 45 minutes here and Saints remain one-nil up after Davis' header after just seven minutes. Brighton have certainly grown into the game but they need to improve going forward if they are to carve out any chances, as Forster hasn't had anything to do yet in the Saints goal.
23'
The crowd is pretty quiet here at the Amex, despite is being a sell-out for the seventh time in a row this season. The visitors are limiting the dangers of Brighton at the moment and they don't look too dangerous, so they crowd aren't having much to cheer about.
21'
Much better from Brighton, they are starting to find gaps in the Saints defence and force their opponents into making blocks and tackles to prevent them from entering their penalty area. Furthermore, Saints are only able to pump the ball forward at the moment, rather than pass it around, which is handing the ball straight back to the Seagulls.
18'
Free kick for Brighton as Ryan Bertrand fouls Pascal Gross as he looked to get away from the defender. Anthony Knockaert whips it in, which meets the head of Davy Propper but he doesn't get enough power on it and it goes straight into the arms of Fraser Forster. First save or catch that the Saints keeper has had to make.
16'
STAT: Southampton have won five Premier League away matches in 2017, one more than their tally at home.
14'
Despite this good period of possession for Brighton, it is all in front of the Saints defence and they look more than comfortable at dealing with any trouble at the moment. The Seagulls need to add more pace into the game and try and stretch this Saints defence.
12'
The Saints goal seems to have kicked Brighton into life, they are finally starting to string a couple of passes together and enjoy possession of their own after the visitors dominated the early few minutes. Still plenty of time for more goals and Brighton to get back into the match.
10'
Saints came into the weekend as the joint-lowest scorers in the top half of the table, with eight goals. They've managed to grab a vital early goal here at the Amex, much to the relief of their supporters who haven't had many to cheer about so far this season.
7'
S. Davis has scored a goal for Southampton!
GOOOAAALLL! SAINTS LEAD! Ward-Prowse fired a beautiful free-kick which looked to be heading into the back of the net as it had Mat Ryan beaten, however it struck the post! The rebound then fell perfectly to Davis in the box, who just had to guide his header into the back of an empty net. A terrific start for the visitors!
6'
Ward-Prowse is stood over the ball, he has an excellent pedigree from set pieces and has a chance to give Saints an early lead...
5'
The Seagulls are struggling to get a touch of the ball at the moment, the Saints are passing the ball around the pitch with ease and keeping Brighton penned into their own half. Good stuff by the visitors. Sofiane Boufal works it well around 30 yards from goal and draws a foul, giving Saints a free-kick in a very good position.
3'
Good start here by Southampton, they have seen much more of the ball in the first couple of minutes here, with Steven Davis and James Ward-Prowse getting early touches on the ball. Everything in the middle of the pitch and nothing in the final third at present.
2'
Head-to-head: Brighton won the most recent meeting 3-0 at home in the Championship in January 2012. That was only their second victory in the last 13 meetings in all competitions.

We're underway!
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE match commentary of the Premier League clash between Brighton and Southampton.
Southampton have struggled for goals this season and needed a brilliant individual effort from substitute Sofiane Boufal to beat West Brom last weekend. The goal was only the eighth that Southampton have scored in the Premier League.
Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina is absent with an ankle injury sustained in training, but the Saints have no other injury concerns. Sofiane Boufal is pushing for a starting role after scoring the winning goal against the Baggies.
Brighton will be boosted by the return of Tomer Hemed from a three-match ban, the striker was hit with the suspension after an alleged stamp on Newcastle's DeAndre Yedlin last month. Furthermore, Beram Kayal and Sam Baldock could feature in a Brighton squad for the first time this season.
SAINTS (4-2-3-1): Forster (GK), Soares, Van Dijk, Hoedt, Bertrand; Davis (C), Romeu; Tadic, Ward-Prowse, Boufal; Gabbiadini.
TEAM NEWS: The Seagulls are unchanged from the side that beat West Ham 3-0, with just Tomer Hemed returning to the squad on the substitutes bench. Meanwhile for the Saints, there are three changes from last weekend. Mario Lemina is out injured while Shane Long and Maya Yoshida drop to the bench, they are replaced by Wesley Hoedt, James Ward-Prowse and Sofiane Boufal.
The Seagulls come into today’s game on the back of a terrific 3-0 victory at West Ham last time out, which made it four points out of three games for the hosts. They are up to 12th in the table on 11 points. Meanwhile their opponents today, Southampton are just two places and one point above them in 10th.
The teams are out here at the Amex and kick-off is almost upon us. Stay tuned for all of the match action!
HALF-TIME: BRIGHTON 0-1 SOUTHAMPTON
The Saints lead one-nil here at the break, thanks to an early goal by Steven Davis after a superb Ward-Prowse free-kick and the visitors have been pretty comfortable so far. Brighton have grown into the game and started to look dangerous towards the end of the half, but not creating a lot of goalscoring chances.
The points are shared here at the Amex between the Seagulls and the Saints. Southampton took the lead early in the first half through Steven Davis and looked stronger in the first period of the game, but Brighton grew into the game and deservedly grabbed an equaliser thanks to Glenn Murray early in the second half. Both teams had chances to win it but neither team were clinical enough.
FULL-TIME: BRIGHTON 1-1 SOUTHAMPTON
That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
